Oslo University Hospital Trust needs assistance for prevention and control of pests. This mainly applies to assistance with major tasks associated with rats and birds, primarily outside normal working hours as well as emergency services when needed.

There will also be a need to purchase equipment. Oslo University Hospital requests expertise for installation and strategic positioning as well as training in maintenance of the equipment, but will have the right to dispose of the purchased equipment .

Dialogue meetings shall be organised in the form of one-on-one inspections lasting 90 minutes on Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 October 2021. The dialogue meetings will be held at Aker Hospital, where the tenderers shall participate in an inspection.

The inspection shall deal with typical scenarios within four relevant categories:

After the inspection, the tenderers must submit their solution description based on the scenarios reviewed during the inspection. The scenarios shall also be submitted to all tenderers who have registered their interest in Mercell.
