Description
1.0 The United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq (UNAMI) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the supply, delivery Two (2) indoor Electric Forklifts with Zero emissions vehicle, electrically operated and driven at between 36 to 48-volt, A Low overhead guard height of 84 to 90 inches is required to facilitate easier trailer access, 100% AC motors, enclosed, brushless, smart lift look out, one motor for both steering and hydraulics, Load capacity 1500 kg minimum. 2.0 The vendor should quote fixed prices for the Two (2) Indoor Electric Forklifts. The Vendor should supply the Two (2) Electric Forklifts to UNAMI GZ Baghdad, IRAQ Two (2) months from the date of issuance of purchase order to the UNAMI’s delivery location in Baghdad, Iraq, 3.0 The Forklift supplied must be brand new and shall carry a warranty Minimum of two years from the date of receipt at UNAMI’s location in Baghdad Iraq. 4.0 UNAMI will shortly issue a Invitation to Bid(ITB) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill UNAMI requirements. In addition, the interested companies will be requested to complete a UNAMI Vendor Registration Form (new vendors only). A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided to companies short listed for receipt of the RFQ documents 5.0 The EOI should specify relevant information about the company including the company’s profile, capacity/capability and experience, an indication of similar Contracts undertaken within the last twelve (12) months (if any) and copies of the registration certificate and license(s) of the company 6.0 Please note on the following: •This EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/offer •UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for ITB document. •UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline. 7.0 Mandatory Criteria: - The proposer shall submit appropriate Business Licenses/ Registrations. - The Proposed Battery Electric Forklift should be designed specifically for warehouse use and listed in the manufacturers catalogue as an available model. - The Proposed Forklift should be delivered to the point of collection within 60 days of receiving the purchase order. 8.0 Scored Criteria - Plug and play - convenient built in battery charger with integrated, self-retracting cable - Fly by wire – no mechanical linkage design - Operating sound level of less than 80 decibel on average. - Painted with high visibility, Yellow, Orange, or Green paint finish for maximum impact in low lit warehouse environments - Light Reflective marker stickers fitted to front, sides, and rear 9.0 The proposer shall submit signed and filled: •ECU 0042_Environmental Commitment form, Form will be provided with the BID documents .
