OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. The purpose of the implementation study is to summarize the work done by the five demonstration sites to reduce childhood fatalities due to neglect. The study will be grounded in the theories of change developed by the demonstration sites during the planning year, the demonstration sites’ own local evaluations, the overall theory of change, and assessment of the technical assistance (TA) and learning exchange models. Statutory Authority: 34 U.S.C. § 20103(c)(1)(A)
