The Government of Pakistan has obtained a “Credit” from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of Pakistan Hydromet and Climate Services Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments for following “National Individual Consultants’ Services” to be procured under this project. The Project aims at strengthening delivery of reliable and timely climate and hydro-meteorological services and enhance community resilience to shocks. Shocks include socio-economic disruptions caused to communities by climate risks, health emergencies, food security and natural disasters.

 

National Disaster Risk Management Fund now invites sealed Quotations from eligible bidders for        procurement of two (02) Nos. of Operational/Field Vehicles for NDRMF office located at 5th Floor, EOBI House, G-10/4, Islamabad, as per the specifications provided in the Request for Quotation Document.

 

Bidding will be conducted through the World Bank’s Procurement Method i.e. Request for Quotations, Procurement Process i.e. Single Stage One Envelop and Market Approach i.e. Open-National, as specified in the World Bank “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [Revised November 2017, July 2018 and November 2020].

 

A Request for Quotation Document may be obtained by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address given below during office hours from 0900 to 1400 hours (Pakistan Standard Time (PST). This Notice is also available on the websites www.ppra.org.pk and www.ndrmf.pk.

 

Quotations/bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1100 hours 9th May, 2022. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened on 9th May, 2022 at 1130 hours in the presence of the bidders’ who choose to attend and designated representatives at the address below
