This is a Request for Information (RFI) notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This RFI notice does not commit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to award a contract in the future.

The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of specific current program participants and whether they have the capability to develop and deliver a program to purchase, inventory and distribute PPE to 10 Regional CMS office locations and other individual addresses across the country on a recurrent monthly basis or as needed. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible.
