Zamawiający dokonał zmiany treści załącznika nr 4 – Regulamin prezentacji, tzn. w pkt. 6 ppkt. b) usuwa/skreśla „zarządzanie projektami”.

Dnia 10.1.2019 r. wpłynęło pytanie od Wykonawcy: „Zwracam się z prośbą o udostępnienie Specyfikacji Istotnych Warunków Zamówienia (SIWZ) w szczególności jego załączników w formie edytowalnej (doc), pozwoli to na przygotowanie rzetelnych ofert wszystkim Wykonawcom, biorącym udział w przedmiotowym postępowaniu.” Odpowiedź Zamawiającego: Zamawiający przychyla się do prośby Wykonawcy.
