Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

1. Na podstawie Art. 15r ust. 4 Ustawy z dnia 2 marca 2020 r. o szczególnych rozwiązaniach związanych z zapobieganiem, przeciwdziałaniem i zwalczaniem COVID-19, innych chorób zakaźnych oraz wywołanych nimi sytuacji kryzysowych, mając na uwadze dokumentację dostarczoną przez Wykonawcę wskazującą na bezpośredni związek sytuacji pandemicznej z możliwością wykonania umowy w pierwotnie zakreślonym terminie, strony ustalają, że ostateczny termin realizacji umowy przez Wykonawcę upłynął 31 grudnia 2021 r.
