Przedmiotem tej części zamówienia jest dostawa 3 sztuk średnich samochodów ratowniczo - gaśniczego z układem napędowym 4x4 o m.in. następujących parametrach technicznych i wyposażeniu:

— pojazd fabrycznie nowy, rok produkcji podwozia i zabudowy pożarniczej 2021, przy czym Zamawiający dopuszcza podwozie z 2020 roku,

— silnik o zapłonie samoczynnym przystosowanym do ciągłej pracy,

— instalacja elektryczna oraz ostrzegawcza,

— urządzenia sygnalizacyjno-ostrzegawcze świetlne i dźwiękowe pojazdu uprzywilejowanego,

— zabudowa pożarnicza,

— układ wodno - pianowy, w tym:

— zbiornik wody,

— zbiornik środka pianotwórczego,

— autopompa dwuzakresowa,

— samochód musi być wyposażony w co najmniej jedną wysokociśnieniową linię szybkiego natarcia,

— działko wodno-pianowe,

— inne wyposażenie dodatkowe.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Zaistnienie nadzwyczajnych okoliczności polegających na wystąpieniu epidemii COVID – 19. Rozprzestrzenianie się epidemii COVID-19 ma charakter niekontrolowany w związku z tym nie było możliwe przewidzenie przez Zamawiającego, jaki wpływ okoliczności związane z COVID-19 będą miały na wykonanie umowy w zakresie Części V zamówienia oraz opcji w stosunku do Części V zamówienia.
