Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Zważywszy, że: (I) w trakcie realizacji Umowy, w następstwie agresji Federacji Rosyjskiej na Republikę Ukrainy, nastąpił gwałtowny wzrost cen paliw płynnych w stosunku do cen obowiązujących w okresie poprzedzającym postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego poprzedzające zawarcie Umowy; (II) wzrost cen paliw płynnych, o którym mowa w pkt (I) nastąpił w wymiarze, którego Zamawiający działając z należytą starannością, nie mógł przewidzieć;(III) agresja Federacji Rosyjskiej na Republikę Ukrainy jako zdarzenie będące przyczyną wzrostu cen paliw płynnych, o którym mowa w pkt (I) jest zdarzeniem, którego Zamawiający nie mógł przewidzieć działając z należytą starannością;
