VII.1.4)Description of the procurement:

1. Świadczenie usług Serwisu Zintegrowanego Systemu Zarządzania (dalej: ZSZ lub System) obejmujących: naprawę błędów, pomoc merytoryczną, konsultacje telefoniczne, dostarczanie nowych wersji oprogramowania w zakresie obszarów wykorzystywanych przez Zamawiającego, dostosowywanie ZSZ do obowiązujących przepisów prawa, na zasadach określonych w umowie.

2. Realizacja dodatkowych prac polegających m.in. na wykonywaniu Modyfikacji Systemu ZSZ, świadczeniu Usług Szkoleniowych, oraz wykonywaniu innych prac zleconych przez Zamawiającego, np. migracja danych do nowego systemu, w ramach limitu 600 roboczogodzin,

na zasadach określonych w Umowie.

3. Objęcie przez Wykonawcę 12 miesięczną gwarancją wykonanych prace, na zasadach określonych w Umowie.

4. W przypadku skorzystania z prawa opcji Wykonawca będzie świadczył usługi Serwisu, o których mowa w pkt. 1 oraz realizował dodatkowe prace polegające m.in. na wykonywaniu Modyfikacji Systemu ZSZ, świadczeniu Usług Szkoleniowych, oraz wykonywaniu innych prac zleconych, o których mowa w pkt. 2 na identycznych warunkach, jak opisane w pkt. 1-3 przez kolejny okres, maksymalnie do 12 miesięcy.
