Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi polegającej na odbieraniu i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy na terenie Gminy Widawa, pow. łaski, woj. łódzkie, w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenia masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania, zgodnie z zapisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 1439) oraz aktami wykonawczymi, a także aktualnymi w okresie wykonywania zamówienia zapisami Planu gospodarki odpadami dla województwa łódzkiego i przepisami prawa miejscowego, w szczególności: określającymi szczegółowy sposób i zakres świadczenia usług w zakresie odbierania odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości i zagospodarowania tych odpadów, regulaminem utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie gminy Widawa.

Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje świadczenie usługi polegającej na odbiorze, transporcie i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych powstałych na nieruchomościach zamieszkałych na których powstają odpady komunalne, na terenie Gminy Widawa, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami w tym zakresie. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje odbiór odpadów z nieruchomości zamieszkałych jednorodzinnych i wielorodzinnych oraz z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów.
