1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 5 sztuk samochodów osobowych typu liftback/hatchback, o mocy silnika min. 120 KM dla poniższych jednostek:

- Izba Administracji Skarbowej w Kielcach - 4 szt.,

- Izba Administracji Skarbowej w Zielonej Górze -1 szt.

2) Szczegółowe wymagania i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w Specyfikacji funkcjonalno-technicznej dla części 1 zamówienia oraz Projekcie umowy.

3) W ramach realizacji umowy Zamawiający, zgodnie z art. 441 ustawy Pzp, zastrzega sobie możliwość skorzystania z opcji przez jednostkę.

a) Jednostka, która wyrazi chęć skorzystania z opcji, zostanie wskazana przez Zamawiającego najpóźniej w dniu podpisania umowy.

b) Opcja będzie realizowana na tych samych warunkach jak zamówienie podstawowe i obejmować będzie dostawę do 2 sztuk samochodów, po cenie wskazanej przez Wykonawcę w Formularzu ofertowym.

c) Cena, parametry techniczne, warunki gwarancyjne oraz warunki realizacji zamówienia są identyczne dla zamówienia podstawowego i zamówienia realizowanego w ramach opcji.

d) Szczegółowe zapisy dotyczące opcji znajdują się w SWZ oraz w Projekcie umowy
