Description

The World Health Organization Country Office for Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea located in Pyongyang, DPR Korea provides technical support to the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), DPR Korea through its programmes. To support these programmes in the DPR Korea and run its operations smoothly, WHO DPR Korea seeks Expression of Interest from suitable companies for the following category of supplies:

1.         Medical Equipment
2.         Hospital Supplies
3.         Laboratory Equipment, Reagents and Consumables
4.         IT Hardware, Software and AV equipment
5.         General Offices supplies and Stationery
6.         Electrical Equipment

The minimum eligibility criteria for companies to be considered for this assignment are as follows:

(1)        The company should be a legal registered entity in the country of operation. Individual businesses must not apply.

(2)       The company should have a minimum experience of 3 years in manufacturing/supplying relevant goods or services.

(3)        The company must have valid trade license from the national authorities and relevant certificates for the goods/services being offered

 

 

WHO invites eligible companies to indicate their interest in providing the goods/services. Companies who respond to the EOI and are found eligible would be shortlisted to participate in the future requirements of supply of goods and/or services for WHO DPR Korea. Shortlisting does not guarantee invitation/participation and it is at the discretion of WHO DPR Korea office to decide suitable vendors to be included in the tendering process. All such tenders shall be shared separately as and when there is a requirement of goods/services.

WHO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all applications without specifying reasons thereof,. WHO’s decision shall be final and binding.
