Запрос на Подачу Грантовых Предложений

SDG 11-2021-Grant-UNDP-“Low-Value Grant Proposals”

Программа Развития ООН приглашает Институты гражданского общества, Неправительственные организации (НПО) и/или неправительственные юридические лица, работающие в Кыргызской Республике принять участие в конкурсе на предоставление предложений по «Укреплению независимости судебной власти и продвижению систему назначения и продвижения по службе на основе объективных критериев заслуг и квалификации как ключевого фактора обеспечения независимости судебной власти».

Данный Запрос Предложений на Грант объявлен в рамках проекта ПРООН «Интеграция основ инклюзивного, ориентированного на человека и правозащитного подхода в национальные правовые процессы, процессы правосудия и постконституционные процессы.» (№ 00117223). Необходимо заполнить Форму «Annex 1 Project proposal_ Форма для заполнения участника Грантового конкурса» в соответствии с требованиями указанными в «Guide for Applicants_Call for Grant Proposal_ To strengthen the judicial independence and the role of civil society in this process».

Участникам конкурса необходимо отправить пакет документов  на электронную почту [email protected] с указанием в теме сообщения “SDG 11-2021-Grant Proposals-UNDP ” до 23:59 часов 2 августа 2021 г.

Все вопросы/запросы по поводу настоящего под-проекта должны быть адресованы по почте в [email protected] Другие формы запросов, не связанные с настоящим под проектом, не будут рассматриваться.

Документы, предоставленные в неполном объеме или позже указанного срока, не рассматриваются. Заявки принимаются на русском или английском языках.

SDG 11-2021- Low-Value Grant Proposals-UNDP”

United Nations Development Programme invites Civil Society Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations and/or non-governmental legal entities operating in the Kyrgyz Republic to take part in this Call for Low-Value Grant proposals on «Support the strengthening of the judicial independence and promote a system of appointment and promotion based on objective criteria of merit and qualifications as a key factor in ensuring the independence of the judiciary».

The Call for Low-Value Grant proposal is announced within the framework of UNDP Project “Integrating inclusive, people-centered and human rights-based approach frameworks into national legal, justice and post constitution-making processes” (PID 00117223). It is necessary to fill out the Form "Annex 1 Project Proposal_ Form for filling out the participant of the Grant Competition" in accordance with the requirements specified in the "Guide for Applicants_Call for a Grant Application_ To strengthen the judicial independence and the role of civil society in this process".

The applicants must submit their proposals send via e-mail to [email protected] with topic named “SDG 11-2021- Low-Value Grant Proposals-UNDP” before 23:59 pm hrs. on 2 August 2021.

All questions/enquiries on the current sub-project should be addressed to [email protected] Any other forms of request will not be considered. Incomplete or late submitted documents will not be considered. Applications are accepted either in English or Russian languages.
