Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etc The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction or renovation works of one contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.9,00,000.00 (Nine lac taka Only). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12,00,000.00 (TakaTwelve Lac Only) Special Instruction: In case of credit line, Specific Format which is attached in Section: 8 (Particular Specifications), must be used.
