SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE   Republic of Tajikistan Community-Based Agricultural support project (CASP) Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: IFAD Grant #2000002142 IFAD Loan # 2000002143 Contract title: Procurement of agricultural machinery Reference  No.: CASP/E&G/ICB-2021/01   The Republic of Tajikistan has received a Grant No.2000002142 and a Loan No.2000002143 from International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the cost of the CASP, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “Procurement of agricultural machinery”.   The State Enterprise “Project Management Unit “Livestock and Pasture Development” (PMU) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Lots as follows: Lot #1: “Procurement of wheeled Tractors”; Lot #2: “Procurement of crawler tractors”; Lot #3: “Procurement of Front loaders”, Lot #4: “Procurement of tractor trailers”; Lot #5: “Procurement of Engine equipment”, Lot #6: “Procurement of Extension equipment for plowing and cultivation” and Lot #7: “Procurement of Extension equipment for harvesting of fodder crops”.   Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures, as specified in the IFAD’s Project Procurement Guidelines, August 2020, and is open to all eligible bidders as per national law of Tajikistan and UN Security Council resolutions.
