In Malawi, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Regional Office for Southern Africa (UNODC-ROSAF) supports the Government of Malawi on the project titled:  Response to Malawi Prison Crisis:  Implementing Criminal Justice & Prison Reforms and Health Delivery & Management in Malawi, with the aim of improving health and living conditions for Malawi’s prison population. Project XSS W23 (SB-007874) will support Malawi Prison Service to improve prison management and health delivery through access to water, sanitation and hygiene, prison cells renovation and upgrading of health clinic facilities in selected prisons in Chikhwawa, Mwanza, Mphyuphyu, Mangochi, Mwanza, Nkhotakota, Nkhatabay, and Kansungu.

On behalf of United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, the United Nations Development Programme is inviting qualified bidders to participate in the bidding process for the above ITB.

The bidders who are interested in the bidding process are encouraged to join the Pre-bid meeting which will be held at 2:00 pm, 2 September 2019, Meeting Room A, UNDP Office, Plot No. 7, Area 40, Lilongwe 3, Malawi.
