(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works (as C&F agent) of at least Tk 8,00,000.00 (Taka Eight Lac Only) under maximum 02 (Two) number of contract over a period of 03 (three) years shall be required. (c) The Tenderer shall have valid C&F Licence. (d) The Tenderer shall have valid Freight Forwarding Licence. (e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8,00,000.00 (Taka Eight Lac Only). (f) The Tenderer should have valid update Trade License, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement Policy -2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd. N.B. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
