We kindly request you to submit your bid for the Procurement of Domestic and Institutional Cook Stove for the Government Technical Institute (GTI) – Energy Efficient Project in Sierra Leone Ref: SLE/ITB/2019/009.’ as detailed in this ITB. In order to access the bidding document, prepare your bid and successfully submit your bid, below are very important information to follow:

Important Notice:

  1. Please note that this procurement process is being conducted through the UNDP online tendering system.
  2. Therefore, bidders who wish to submit their offer – participate in the process, must register their profile in the system. The User Guide is attached into the system for easy reference.
  3. Bidders who have already registered, go to https://etendering.partneragencies.org and sign in using your username and password. Please use “Forgotten Password” link if you do not remember your password and reset it accordingly. Do not create a new profile.
  4. For new bidder who have never registered in the system before, user the following temporary user name and password, then set your own permanent user name and password.

  5. The new password should meet the following criteria.
  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one UPPERCASE LETTER
  • At least one Lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  1. Bidder can vie and download tender documents with the guest account as indicated above but cannot participate in the bidder process without completing registration. Therefore, bidders are encouraged to register even if are not interest in a particular procurement but having profile in the system help a lot in participation of future procurement events.
