Please find attached the bid document no. LITB-2021-9167589 for the procurement of Oxygen Appliances for UNICEF Myanmar. 

It will be appreciated if you could provide your quotation for the items to UNICEF Myanmar office no later than 10.00 a.m. on 27 July 2021.

Please also note the following:

• To include all the documents stated in paragraph 5.9 of LITB-2021-9168625.
• We are attaching Annexure-B and C along with this ITB which is mandatory to be filled in and attached while submitting the ITB clearly mentioning the deviations, if any in the above-mentioned specifications for each item.
• Bidders should clearly mention the information of internationally recognized certificate for the items
• Bidders are requested to clearly mention any tax component included in the quoted price separately.
