The Ground Handling services include but are not limited to Ground and Air Terminal & Cargo Handling Services, VIP Services and Bus Transportation Services, required as defined in this SOW and by the terms and conditions to be outlined the Contract out of solicitation process, applicable by International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO); DPKO Aviation Manual, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Directives and Administrative Instructions by MINUSCA.
