The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) hereby invites you to submit a bid to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Provision of Annual Audit Review of UNRWA’s Microfinance Department . Proposals are required to be received by UNRWA no later than Monday, 16 August 2021 at 13:00 PM (Amman Time) (the Closing Time). This RFP has two envelopes: Technical and the Financial envelopes. Each envelope must have the related documents. The technical envelope (proposal) is evaluated first and independently from the financial envelope (proposal). Only proposals meeting the mandatory requirements and have scored minimum pass score of the technical evaluation will be considered further for the next evaluation stage and their financial envelope (proposal) will be opened. The financial envelope (proposal) for unsuccessful technical proposal will remain unopened.
