The various agencies of the United Nations located in the UN House along Somhlolo Road and the UN Isolation House invites quotations from qualified Companies to provide cleaning services.

This tender aim to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with a single supplier for a minimum period of one year. The LTA will be subject to extension based on good performance and upon mutual agreement for up to 3 years.  The performance of the contract will be subject to evaluation by the Operations Management Team (OMT).

Please be guided by the form attached hereto in preparing your Proposal.

              Your Proposal must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 2 months

In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. If you are submitting your Proposal by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
