The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) aims to engage the services of a suitably qualified vendor to provide monitoring and evaluation services for a Strategic Communications and Public Information project that supports the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM), the United Nations Assistance Mission in Somalia (UNSOM) and the United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS). UNSOS seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified vendors to provide monitoring and evaluation services for Strategic Communications and Public Information services in support to AMISOM, UNSOM AND UNSOS. The selected vendor based in Moagadishu will provide the above mentioned services and shall establish presence in the Mission's area of operations across Somalia. UNSOS plan to enter into 3-year contract with option to extend for two one-year extension period, starting from May 2022. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided at the solicitation stage which is planned to be issued in November 2021.
