UNDP Tanzania kindly request the reputable and technically qualified firm with extensive expertise in labour market analysis, management and organizational development to undertake the salary survey process to submit their proposals for provision of salary survey services for UNDP Country Office in the United Republic of Tanzania.
Therefore hereby solicits proposals from interested firms to conduct a salary survey and support UNDP Tanzania in establishing a revised and reasonable salary scale for SC holders based on the latest prevailing market rates to develop a Table of Consulting fees to be used as a benchmark for ICs based on the prevailing rates in Tanzania.
