Short description Provision of Security Systems Maintenance Services at Environmental Protection Agency, Dublin Campus, Clonskeagh Detailed description The Contracting Authority invites tenders in relation to a single party framework for the provision of Security Systems Maintenance Services (PPM) and reactive call out services for the EPA Dublin Campus. EPA Dublin Campus is located in Richview, off Clonskeagh Road, Dublin. The EPA Dublin Campus is spread over four main office buildings with a total area of circa 3,000 M2 as follows: - McCumiskey House - circa 1,700 M2, built 2001 - Block 3 Clonskeagh Square – circa 850 M2, built 1983 - Block 1 Clonskeagh Square – circa 375 M2, built 1983 - Block 1 Clonskeagh Square – circa 125 M2, built 1983 The buildings contain a mix of cellular offices, open plan office space, laboratories, meeting rooms, store rooms, circulation areas, canteen, fire escapes, toilets and shower rooms. EPA Dublin Campus buildings accommodate approximately 140 staff and are open to the public from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. The tender has been divided into Elements as follows: Element 1 - Mobile Security Event Response Service Element 2 – Provision of Lock and Unlock Service Element 3 – Alarm Monitoring Systems Element 4 – Maintenance of Intruder Alarm Systems Element 5 – Maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems Element 6 – Maintenance of CCTV and Access Systems N.B. Each Tenderer must bid for all of the 6 Elements and failure to do so will render their tender as being inadmissible and it will be excluded from the tender evaluation process. A separate proposal including costs must be submitted for each Element.
