The OSCE Secretariat is seeking offers from eligible and qualified companies for provision of services related to capacity building on gender equality and comprehensive security of learning and development specialists in OSCE regions and OSCE staff who are engaged in internal and external capacity development on gender related topics. This will encompass to perform a review of key existing learning material within the OSCE, the development of an adult learning methodology and the content for 12 learning modules, the production of a Facilitator Manual and delivery of Train the trainers events. Interested companies are encouraged to request bidding documents.
