Description
The United Nations is looking for qualified vendors to provide advanced subscription services for a comprehensive, high quality off-the-shelf online learning resource library. The target audience consists of United Nations staff members globally and working in a variety of fields, including administration, management, finance, accounting, law logistics, communication and outreach, IT, political affairs, social affairs, standard development and general services. This audience additionally includes support staff, and professional and mid/senior-level professionals working in support, expert, managerial, and leadership roles. Staff members are involved with and deployed in different environments, including conflict zones and areas with limited internet connectivity. The United Nations aims to build an inclusive working environment, raising standards and performance on disability inclusion across the Organization. This contains providing inclusive learning opportunities to all staff members globally. The solution is expected to provide inclusive learning experience. The UN expects the vendor to have at least several years of experience for provision of similar services. The detailed scope of requirements, including the technical specifications, will be provided within the UN's Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be sent out to all vendors responding to this EOI. No further detail can be made available prior to the issuance of the RFP solicitation. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. The UN reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement atany time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
