Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme in Somalia (UNDP) hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Firms to submit a proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for provision of Third-Party Monitoring Services as described in the Terms of Reference of this RFP document.    

Please note that this process is being conducted through the online tendering system of UNDP.

If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, please prepare and submit your Proposal consistent with stipulations of this RFP.  Proposals MUST be submitted electronically via the UNDP ATLAS eTendering system at: https://etendering.partneragencies.org on or before the submission deadline (closing date and time) displayed on the main screen of this Event in the eTendering system.   Please note the UNDP eTendering system time zone is in EST/EDT (New York) time.  The system will automatically block bid submission after the deadline.
