The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent,qualified and authorized suppliers, dealers and manufacturers OEM vehicle spare parts. a)The brief descriptions of goods required are: 1. Spare parts for Toyota Land Cruiser 2. Spare Parts for Toyota PRADO 3. Spare Parts for Toyota TOYOTA HIACE 4. 5. Spare Parts for Toyota HILUX 6. Spare Parts for Hyundai County 7. Spare Parts for Nissan Patrol 8. Spare Parts for Nissan Civilian 9. Tyres 10. Batteries for Light and Heavy Vehicles 11. Miscelleanous Vehicle Items, such as; Tire valves, Tubeless, Masking Tape,Superglue, Rubbing Compound etc. b) MONUSCO intends to establish a Local Systems Contract for a term of two (02) years, one-year optional extension (1+1) with competent and qualified Vendors to supply and deliver vehicle spare parts to each of the UN Office Locations of; Goma, Entebbe and Kinshasa. C) Delivery terms shall be on DAP INCOTERMS 2010 and or Ex-Works INCOTERMS 2010, Entebbe,Goma and Kinshasa. c) Warranty period shall be One(1) on all goods.
