The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 17), Amarillo VA Health Care System (AVHCS) intends to enter into an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Contractors to provide On-Site Inpatient Hemodialysis Services at Amarillo VA Health Care System, 6010 Amarillo Blvd West, Amarillo, TX 79106-1991 to veterans and eligible beneficiaries being serviced in Amarillo, TX.  The services will be provided as requested on a 24 hours-per-day, seven days-per-week basis, including holidays.  The term of the contract is a base of one year with four one-year option periods. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available on December 1, 2021 or shortly thereafter and will be posted via the Contract Opportunities website. Prospective Offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Contract Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a quote, Offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work and terms and conditions of the requirement(s). The solicitation will be available for download from SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities. Interested Contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies are available. The solicitation will provide instructions to Contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contract Opportunities website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking this website for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the proposal period. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process.  Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the contract opportunities website, so they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.  In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code.
