This Is A Sources Sought Notice Only Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Services South Texas VA Health Care System Sources Sought Notice No solicitation exists currently. This is a Sources Sought Notice to help locate potential sources that may be interested in this requirement and is being used as a means of market research for planning purposes only. This is a Sources Sought Announcement Only. This is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals nor quotes and shall not obligate the government to award a contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to conduct market research to obtain knowledge of potential qualified offerors interested and capable of providing On-Site Intraoperative Neurosurgery Monitoring Services, with the ability to meet the requirements of a resulting solicitation with this North American Classification System (NAICS) Code 621399 at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System here in after referred to as VA Medical Center located in San Antonio Texas. It has been determined that any (potential sources) shall provide properly trained and qualified Certified (Neuromonitoring Technologist) appropriately licensed to practice medicine in any state, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia when services are performed onsite on VA property. The Contractor care shall cover the range of Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (A BRET). Potential Offerors shall provide the following on company letterhead ; Complete Business Name as registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM), Point of Contact, Business Size, Social Economic Status; Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Small Business, etc.), Capability Statement containing information about recent relevant project/s similar in size and nature, DUNS Number and Address, by 3:00 o'clock pm EST 07/06/2021. Any interested party with questions shall ask their questions via email to [email protected] from 06/23/2021 until 3:00pm EST 06/30/2021 (no telephone calls will be accepted). All answers will be provided individually to the interested parties on or about 06/30/2021.
