The purpose of this request for proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to carry out the following work:

1. To review progress and results achieved within the Quality of Care (QoC) Network

2. To assess the extent of coherence, efficiency, implementation effectiveness and sustainability

3. To develop recommendations on a way forward for the Network as part of the national and global Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) QoC agenda.
