1 The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Biloxi, MS, is issuing a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued. The solicitation number 36C25620Q1551 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03 effective January 14, 2021. The NAICS code is 518210 and the size standard is $35.0M. This requirement is for a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside and will be firm-fixed-price. Offerors may be required to provide information to demonstrate that at least 51 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the SDVOSB concern or of other SDVOSB concerns. The closing date for this notice is 1:00 PM CT August 18, 2021. The requirement is for the following: The contractor shall perform abstracting services to include maintenance of Tumor Registry within the framework of directives established for approval of Cancer Registries by the American College of Surgeons (ACOS) based on available data at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS. Services shall be provided, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, as needed. (See Performance Work Statement for additional detailed information.) Contractor to provide services in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract for the period of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022, to include four (4) twelve (12) month option periods.
