1. If the quoted amount by tenderer is more than the 10% above or less than the 10% below than the official estimated cost, the submitted tender will be treated as non-responsive.
2. The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/design/budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
3. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
4. The contractors who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Notice thoroughly before submitting the tender.

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor ( JV will not be considered) of at least 01 contract of similar nature completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2.5 Lac.

Re-Sectioning/Excavation/Re-Excavation of Irrigation/Drainage Canal will be considered as similar works.

The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk. 2.5 Lac over the last 3 years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.5 Lac. Such free funds shall have to remain upto issue NOA. For credit certificate from bank Tender ID No, specific pacakage/Lot No., name of the work, addressed to the XEN must be shown in the certificate and to be issued within 25-10-2017 to 08-11-2017. As an example a format is attached with TDS in Section No.8 Particular Specifications.
