UNRWA Lebanon Field Office solicits  bids from local contractors in Lebanon for the delivery of requested services as per attached Annexes.
Queries should be sent through e-mail address: [email protected] before the ITB deadline for receiving queries on 16 April 2021.
The bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope by hand on or before Monday 26 April 2021 at 12:00 noon local Beirut Time to the below mentioned Address:

The Bidders shall arrange the documents to be submitted as follows:
Envelope 1: Technical Offer
Envelope 2: Financial Offer
Each envelope shall be separate from the other and submitted in one main envelope plainly marked for “Re-Tender for Reconstruction of Nahr El-Bared Palestine Refugee Camp Residential and non-Residential Units, Deep Water Well Near the 2nd Elevated Water Tanks” and envelopes inside shall be dully sealed, signed and stamped, Red wax (top & bottom).
Bids should be submitted in accordance with the attached conditions and tendering documents. Bidders are also requested to fill the registration & relevant experience forms and sign all the annexes.
