Overview :

The firm is expected to conduct a feasibility study for the establishment of a Blended Finance Facility (BFF) meant to act as coordinating body for the preparation, tendering and implementation of innovative financing mechanisms in Rwanda. Although the firm is welcome to build on the recommendations made in the Technical Assistance report as well as on the analysis, it is also encouraged to propose better and more refined approaches in terms of BFF setup to enhance its feasibility.
