Overview :

The United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Kazakhstan (UNDP) in the framework of UNDP-GEF Projects: “Derisking Renewable Energy Investment”/ “Sustainable Cities for Low Carbon Urban Development” is announcing a competition for individuals for the services of "International Chief Technical Advisor on Renewable Energy".

For detailed information on the position, please refer to the attached Terms of Refference

Duty station: Home-based, with 6 missions to Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan.

The following documents to be attached to the Offer (maximum size 9Mb per one e-mail transmission) and should be sent to [email protected] with indication of Ref.2019-031 in the e-mail subject not later 5PM (Nur-Sultan time) of 20 October 2019:

  1. A duly drafted Offeror’s letter confirming interest and readiness for the assignment; Financial proposal, including the fixed total contract value, with a breakdown of costs in accordance with the UNDP template;
  2. Detailed personal CV, where previous work experience in similar projects should be included, as well as contact details (email and phone number) of the Offeror;
  3. Other documents certifying the work experience, expertise and skills (qualification improvement certificates\diplomas, awards, etc.)
  4. Brief description of why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment (Maximum 1000 Characters).

There should be max 2 e-mail transmissions. Please indicate Ref.2019-031 in the e-mail subject and the e-mail order. Offers received after the deadline will not be considered.
