United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kazakhstan is announcing a competition for the services of National Consultant - Terminal Evaluation of the GEF- UNDP project.

For detailed information please refer to the attached Terms of Reference and Procurement Notice.

The following documents in PDF format must be attached to your offer and sent to [email protected] with Ref.2020-153 in the subject not later than 11:00 a.m. Nur Sultan Time zone, December 14, 2020:

• Duly accomplished Offeror’s Letter to UNDP confirming interest and availability for the Individual contractor (IC) assignment and Annex 2 “Breakdown of Costs Supporting the Final All-Inclusive Price” using provided UNDP template; the document should be provided separately from other required documents;
• Detailed CV, where previous work experience in similar projects should be included, as well as contact details (email and phone number) of the Offeror;
• Other documents certifying the work experience, expertise, education and skills (qualification improvement certificates\diplomas, awards, etc.).

Due to the technical features of email, the file size should not exceed 19 Mb per email. There should be no more than 3 messages by e-mail (indicate Ref.2020-153 in the subject line of the letter and the order of the message).

Incomplete applications will be excluded from further consideration. Due to the large number of applications that we receive, we can only inform successful candidates about the results or status of the selection process. 

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted for consideration.
