A satisfactory completion of similar works (Installation of air cooler,painting,file cabinet,false ceiling,electrical and other related works ) of at least Tk 5.40 [Five point four zero] lac under 1 [one] of contract(s) over a period of 3 [three] years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate from Government/semi-Government/Autonomous organizations. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.5 [four point five] lac over the last 3 [three] years.Submitted [4.5 lac*3=13.5 lac]. Must be submitted recent up to date Bank statement/work completion certificate/Audit reports. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities(Unconditional)of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.5 [four point five] lac .
