1. reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 5(five) years of
general experience in similar nature of works or building construction works
and also having experience in successful completion of at least one number of
building construction amounting tk.4466000.00 during last five years
preceding of the invitation for the tender in single tender in govt./semi govt.
/autonomous organization.
2. In case of the work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating
authority shall be the concerned executive Engineer.
3. the tenderers are required Average annual construction turnover tk.
12760000.00 only over the last 5 financial years preceding the date of
invitation for the tender necessary supporting documents from the concerned
authority ( work certificate ) shall be submitted with the tender.
4. the minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities shall be tk.
3190000.00 only bank statement to be submitted along with the tender.
5. tenderer must possesses valid ABC contractors license / supervisory license
from electricity licensing Board of Govt. of Bangladesh (up-to-date ).
6. tenderer must have up-to-date tin certificate.
7. tenderer must have up-to-date trade license.
8. tenderer must have valid uptodate VAT registration certificate.
9. payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. no completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate.
