FY21 NATR REPLACE FUELING SYSTEMS DISTRICT OFFICES
The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for the Natchez Trace Parkway. Along the Natchez Trace Parkway, each District Office is equipped with a fueling station.
These fueling stations are in need of replacement; the gasoline tanks shall be cleaned and
removed; the diesel tanks shall be cleaned, removed and replaced. Once replaced each district
office facility shall have one (1) 1,000-gallon NFPA 30 code compliant above-ground-storage
tank (AST) with specified appurtenances.

PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $255,000-270,000 Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages in Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee will apply.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 213112. It is the contractor¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by early September 2021. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors. Bidders must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
