UNRWA is considering to enter into direct negotiations with a private
equity fund to establish a contract on a sole source basis for the
financing, construction, and operation of a 3.5 MWp solar PV wheeling
station at the Amman Training Centre in Na’ur, South Amman in
Jordan.
