We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Partnership on Enhancing Corporate Sustainability in Nepal. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. 

Proposals may be submitted on or before 1700 hours (Nepal Standard Time), Sunday, December 20, 2020.

The technical and financial proposals should be in separate email messages mentioning the following subject lines:

Technical Proposal: UNDP/RFP/16/2020- Technical Proposal- {Bidder’s Name}

Financial Proposal: UNDP/RFP/16/2020- Financial Proposal- {Bidder’s Name}

Your Proposal must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days.

In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline.  Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
