REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The United Nations University (UNU) is undertaking a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the selection of a Travel Agency to provide the following travel management services to the UNU in Japan:-

• Air travel booking and ticketing,
• Train ticketing
• Hotel reservations
• Visa arrangements
• Travel Insurance 
• Car rental arrangements

Interested parties are requested to complete and submit the Vendor Response Form not later than 18 June 2015 (3:00 PM Tokyo Time)

Note: This Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. The UNU reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation documents when issued.
