Tender Details	The County Government of Kitui, Department of Lands, Infrastructure, Housing & Urban Development wishes to undertake the Valuation of all the rateable properties in order to update the existing Valuation Roll and Land Rates applicable all over Kitui County. It is on this premise that all interested professionals and eligible firms are invited for the expression of interest to prepare the Valuation Roll.
