The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on August 13, 2019 under the terms described in the RFQ. This competitive leasing opportunity is for the Lands End Restaurant Complex Lease, currently known as the Cliff House, providing food and beverage and minor retail sales within Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The RFQ and all related information can be obtained electronically at the NPS website here: https://www.nps.gov/goga/getinvolved/landsendleaserfq.htm.

In order to provide interested parties an opportunity to visit the facilities, the NPS will host a one day site tour and pre-submittal conference on August 27, 2019. Interested parties must RSVP no later than 4:00 p.m. (PDT) on August 26 to Kimberley Gagliolo at the email address below. Your email must include the following information: primary contact name, name of organization, phone number, and email address. The site tour and pre-submittal conference is limited to four (4) individuals per company and all names of attendees must be provided. No persons under the age of 18 will be permitted. Once this information is received in its entirety, each interested party will be provided information regarding the start time and meeting location for the site tour and pre-submittal conference.

Questions related to the RFQ must be received in writing via email no later than 4:00 p.m. (PDT) August 30, 2019 to Kimberley Gagliolo at the email address below.
