Please note that offer should be limited to a maximum of 15MB per each email including its attachments. The number of e-mail messages for the offer shall not exceed 3 (three).  The mandatory subject of the email: ’49-2019-HIST-RFQ-AZE-ARV’

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline.  Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. 

INSTRUCTION: Only manufacturers or marketing authorization holders of Stringent Regulatory Authority countries (as per WHO's definition) are eligible to participate in this RFQ
