Request for Tender for construction of the Kakadu National Park Integrated Ferals Team Compound
The Construction of the Integrated Ferals Team (IFT) compound in Kakadu National Park (KNP) is part of the Director's Critical Asset Renewal Program.
The IFT Work Group provides feral flora and fauna management across KNP. They currently operate out of a makeshift workshop with inadequate ablution, storage and general facilities. The existing compound is located within the Bowali Visitors Centre precinct that also includes the Headquarters District compound of KNP rangers.
The Director contracted an engineering consultancy to provide designs for the upgrade of the IFT compound.
The RFT seeks tenderer's to enter into a contract that will see construction occur in the 2022 calendar year.
The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3).
The works are to be delivered as soon as practicable in the 2022 calendar year. They should be completed by the dry season 2022.
Tenders must be lodged electronically via the Australian Government Tender System, AusTender, at https://www.tenders.gov.au before the Closing Time and in accordance with the Tender lodgement procedures set out in this paragraph 3 and on AusTender.
