The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support (ACC-NJ-WS), on behalf of the Defense Health Agency, has a requirement to procure Reserve Health Readiness Program III (RHRP-3) health readiness services. To support health readiness services to Service Components (SCs) of the Reserve Components (i.e. Army Reserve and Army Guard, Air Force Reserve and Guard, Navy Reserve, Marine Forces Reserves, Coast Guard Reserve), Active Components and Department of Defense Service Civilians throughout the U.S., its Territories, the District of Columbia, Germany and at group event gatherings of Service Members at SC-designated sites (e.g., armories, drill halls), through the contractor's call center and within the contractor's nationwide network of clinic providers. The services to be provided include, but not limited to, immunizations, physical examinations, pre-deployment health assessments, post-deployment health reassessments, mental health assessments, dental examinations and x-rays, dental treatment, laboratory services, occupational health services, Periodic Health Assessments, separation history and physical examinations. The details of procedures which are lengthy will be included in the solicitation.

The Government intends to issue the solicitation through full and open competition (unrestricted). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price and Cost Reimbursement (No Fee) a single-award, five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with the ability to issue task orders.


The North American Industry Classification System Number for this requirement is 621112, "Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists," with a corresponding Size Standard of $11,000,000. The Service Code for this requirement is Q201, "General Health Care Services."
